Because my products are made to order, I do NOT accept returns or exchanges, nor do I offer refunds. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at messibunboutique@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I address these on a case-by-case basis but will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
